We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store credit only.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any Hello Molly hangtags, attached.
- Any products marked 'FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- Handbags sold with a dust bag or other packaging must be returned with the original dust bag and packaging.
- Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, personal massagers, cosmetic/beauty products including self-tanners, Undercover Style Helpers.
Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.

Complete the form and send it to us with your return.
If you do not have access to a printer, you may simply include a handwritten note with the details of your order. We need some way to identify the return as yours otherwise there can be major delays with processing your return. If using the original Hello Molly packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our warehouse.
Hello Molly does not offer free returns at this time.
We suggest you use your country's national postal service as it will usually offer the most cost-effective option for returning your products. For example, using Royal Mail if you are based in the United Kingdom. If you need more advice on how best to ship your return from your country, please contact returns@hellomolly.com.

Hello Molly offers several easy return options within the United States!*
- Happy Returns: Select Happy Returns to drop your return off at a Return Bar (9,000 locations in the USA and growing!) near you. You will be issued a QR Code to present at the Return Bar; you do not need to repackage the return. Your return will be processed at the Return Bar. (PLEASE NOTE: Happy Returns has a maximum 9 items per return limit.)
- Standard Post: You can purchase a prepaid, trackable shipping label to print and affix to your return package. Drop it off at your local Post Office or Box and we will process it once received at our warehouse! If using the original Hello Molly packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our warehouse.

Once you submit your payment, you will receive a postage label. Print and affix it to your package ensuring the original post label is removed or fully covered.
If you wish to return something you purchased using AfterPay, the process is the same. Unless the item is faulty, you will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. You will continue to be charged by AfterPay until you have paid all your instalments.
We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receiving them in our Sydney warehouse, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologise for any inconvenience. If you're concerned that your return has been delivered but not processed in a timely fashion, please contact us HERE
- Store credit can only be used on the Hello Molly website.
- Please treat store credit like cash.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credit is valid for 12 months after the date of issue.
- Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
- You can view your store credit balance by logging into your Hello Molly account HERE.
The Hello Molly team thoroughly inspects goods before they are shipped out. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us HERE as soon as possible. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.
